Shipping policy

The Ember Society currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK Delivery
Orders under £50: £4.99
Orders of £50 or more: FREE standard delivery

The delivery charge applicable to your order is displayed before payment at checkout.

Delivery Times
Most orders are normally delivered within 3–7 working days.

Some products may be dispatched directly from one of our UK brand or supplier partners. Where a product has a different expected delivery time, this will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated to you after your order is placed.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you where appropriate.

Under UK distance-selling rules, goods must normally be delivered within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been agreed with the customer. 

Multiple-Product Orders
Because we work with several brands and suppliers, products within the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately.
You will not be charged additional delivery fees simply because your order is sent in more than one parcel.
Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided by email after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure that the delivery address entered when ordering is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@embersociety.co.uk.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact us at info@embersociety.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.
Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide your order number together with photographs of the packaging and affected product where possible.
